Just tried to install on 7 again and it's not working for me, install went great on vista home premium machine, but when I click on a tv show the bachground image shows up but no content shows up on the bottom in the black bar besides the description, maybe a bug, maybe a firewall issue not sure let me know if you need any more info on this problem otherwise I'll keep messing with it and see if I can figure it out.

Amazing program, the only thing it is lacking is support for remote control. It would be nice to pause and play it at the least be able to exit an episode using a remote

I have a 4:3 27" Insignia Television (piece of junk, I know). I am having this issue myself. I'm running Vista Media Center (home premium) outputting with an Nvidia 6200 Composite Video Out. Thanks for your concern with this issue.

Installed on my dedicated media server (no tv attached with a 17 inch monitor) running Vista Premium. No problem navigating thru the posters, but cant get any media to play. Error that appears states "Cant launch SecondRunTV" and asks if I want to disable it. I say no, and Media Center kicks me back to main menu screen. Sounds like maybe a probelm with my admin rights??? just a guess...

Yaggs, I am running Vista Ultimate, 32bit. It's working great on my machine! This software is awesome! This will change the whole way my wife and I watch tv. The HD is stunning. I record on Good Quality only to save HDD space. Now that I can see HD and not have to even record it on my local HDD I get the full value of the program. We will now only have to record to the hard drive what we can get via Secondrun.tv ( to explain, we love The Closer and some other TNT series). So we will still have to time-shift The Closer and a few others since there seems to be no TNT feed, but think of all the hard drive space I save for all the other programs that are there. You software makes it easy to find content, organizes it so I don't miss any series episodes and the quality of the picture is top rate. In summary, you did a great job! I can't believe this is your first Beta release. Thank you!!!

Getting the same problem on Windows 7 when in full screen, but works OK when run in a window, possibly because the window is widescreen?

You program rocks!!Tried it on 2 systems (both x86 vista ultimate) It doesn't work on my laptop. When I open secondrun, my media center freezes. I don't have the newest rollup installed, this could be a reason. On my HTPC it works flawless. The artwork is gorgeous. I know this is a very early build but here are some things you can work on the next build. 1) Use remote keys to control video. 2) Eliminate the windowed version right before the video starts in full screen. 3) Ability to switch HD and SD for hulu videos. 4) Have video take up full screen (mine is a bit smaller than full screen) Like I said, its an early build and I am sure you'll get to these little issues eventually. Right now though you should feel really proud. Great program!
