Content Update is Out...

I finally posted the updated database of content to the site... There is no need to update anything... the content will just show up on your SecondRun automatically... the biggest new stuff is all the new Fall TV shows and ABC content! The artwork is a work in progress...

Despite all the negative comments, this project could be very important. I would love to see PlayOn incorporated so shows could play on extenders. The interface if far better than Vmcplayit or any others I've seen. Between Playon and the ability to add your own streams (which was discussed quite a while ago) this could really help to get rid of my cable bill.

Now that Hulu is talking about charging for access to content starting next year, my guess is that SecondRun will become the preferred choice for Media Center Users to watch their favorite shows, I'm hoping people will backup this project and make it the Application for anyone with a computer. Thanks for your hard work.

I wanted to say thanks very much for your work! I am hoping you will not stop your work on this as it is an excellent plugin for MCE. I have noticed very slugish to the point I can barely use the interface of your plugin... However I like very much the content and hope for a way around my issue of the slow interface. Thanks again for your work. Nice job!

Thank you for all your work on SecondRun. It is an excellent project. The time and effort spent is clearly seen. I understand that it's not without glitches but what Beta is? I'm surprised you haven't been approached by Hulu or MS. It is exactly what both companies lack and what the HTPC world is demanding. Thanks again.
